Cacao, known as the "food of the gods" is a powerful heart opening plant medicine that activates the heart's truest intentions and desires. During the ceremony, we will sip on delicious cacao while creating, setting, and infusing our New Moon Intentions within the cacao. We will begin with a restorative YIN YOGA practice as a way to release any stagnant or blocked energies within our heart space and connect even deeper with the desires we hold in our hearts.
