About Karen
Wanting to share the transforming powers of yoga that she discovered, Karen opened the first power yoga studio in Pittsburgh, Amazing Yoga Her challenging, yet playful classes blend alignment, music, inspiration and heart. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Karen's mission is guiding others towards their passion, purpose and powerful presence in life. She has shared her love of yoga with lawyers, Hollywood actors, doctors, and people from all walks of life.
She has worked with professional sports teams including the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Penguins. Karen leads international teacher trainings and retreats and has recently given a Ted Talk about overcoming challenges, taking risks and pursuing dreams. Karen is the author of the Amazon Best Seller Amazing Yoga (Autumn House Press, 2010) and lives in Pittsburgh with Sean and their four children. Her 3 daughters have inspired her quest to gather women together and curate the GODDESS experience.
Details & Arrival
Plan to arrive on Saturday, Nov. 11. The Retreat will begin with dinner and orientation that evening. You can schedule your departure for any time on Nov. 18. Fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) and Blue Spirit will arrange a 2-hour shuttle transportation to the retreat center from there (Approximately $60 + tax, each way).

Reserve your spot with a $500, non-refundable deposit. The remainder of your payment will be due no later than September 13, 2023.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel and receive a tuition refund (without your non-refundable deposit) prior to September 13, 2023. Full payment is due September 13, 2023.
